Shipping

Shipping Method:

We typically ship via UPS Ground. However, UPS has size and weight limits that could cause us to use another method. When ordering, please be aware that any item with any dimension greater than 108″ will have to be shipped by freight or picked up locally.

Time to Ship:

Product lead times vary. Most standard shutter sizes will ship 24-72 hrs. While in most cases your order will ship within this estimated time frame, there are certain cases where your order maybe delayed.

Transit Time:

Once an order has been shipped, transit time is 1-10 business days depending on your location and the shipping method used.

Returns

You may return most items purchased from eapshutters.com for partial refund within 30 days from purchase date. All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) or RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and be in resalable condition and received within 14 business days from authorized return date. You will be responsible for any shipping and or packaging charges to return items to EAP Shutters.

No credit will be given by EAP Shutters on returned merchandise that is received back to our facilities damaged or otherwise not resalable by us. Returned merchandise will only be accepted back in original packaging and with all originally shipped installation hardware. You can obtain an RMA or RGA by contacting customer service at 586-774-0460.

Exceptions:

We are pleased to offer exterior shutter products that are custom-manufactured to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.

If you have a question of whether or not the item you would like to order is custom, please contact us prior to ordering.

Damaged / Defective Goods:

If you received your order damaged, defective, or an incorrect item please contact our customer service department at [my-phone]. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at EAP Shutters discretion.

Any claims for incorrectly made or initially defective merchandise and shortages must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of receipt and before product is altered in any manner or installation is attempted. EAP Shutters reserves the right to inspect any alleged incorrectly made or defective merchandise at our facility to verify validity of claim before any repair or replacement is performed; however this policy does not imply automatic replacement or repair by EEAP Shutters. It is your responsibility to check the merchandise when it is delivered to make sure there are no discrepancies, damage or shortages.
